Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Who we are

This website is run by Sofia Makarskaya, trading as Saphire, Limassol, Cyprus (“Saphire”, “we”). We decide how and why your personal data is used — we are the data controller.

For any question about your data, write to saphiretalents@gmail.com. We answer within one month.

What we collect and why

Please do not send us sensitive information (health, political or religious beliefs and the like) in the free-text fields — we do not need it.

Legal basis

Giving us your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your application or enquiry. We make no decisions about you by automated means.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Transfers outside the UK and EU

Google and Cloudflare process data in the USA and are certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension. Telegram processes data on its own servers outside the UK and EU under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to saphiretalents@gmail.com.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: our lead authority is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy); you may also contact the authority of the EU country where you live or work, or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. It keeps one technical note in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation is not repeated on every page; it never leaves your device. If you play a YouTube video, YouTube may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date above.
